    I am fairly new to Victoria and Chris was recommended by close friends who are also developers who have used the Chris and his team to sell their projects. I wondered if I would get a ton of support and attention from such a busy/successful realtor. It took one meeting with Chris understand why he comes so highly recommended. Chris took time with me. He showed me places that he knew I wouldn’t want to buy to help provide context for the market. He sat with me and talked through pricing, benefits and detractors of different neighbourhoods and different types of homes. He was available, on time, and quick to respond always. When I chose the townhome I would buy, Chris negotiated a fantastic price as well as some extras that I was not expecting. The closing process with the Chris and his team was straightforward and organized. Finally, Chris was just a really kind, responsive, thoughtful, and honest partner in one of the biggest decisions I will make in my lifetime. They helped us buy and sell our house in Victoria and both experiences with them have been fantastic. At each stage of the process, they've gone above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal.
